In this study the author sheds light on two important exegeses in the world of Qurʾanic commentaries, and brings out their methodology in dealing with the Qurʾan in thought and sanctity, namely the exegeses (Min Huda al-Qurʾan) and (Tafsir Bayyinat min Fiqh al-Qurʾan) by the contemporary religious authority (marjaʿ), Grand Ayatollah Sayed Muhammad Taqi al-Modarresi (may his shadow endure).
