A new book has been published on the website under the title: (The Rule of the Muslims' Market, a Discussion of the Claims of Intrinsic Effect)

Author: Sayed Mahmoud Al-Mosawi

Published electronically on the Al-Mosawi website www.mosawy.com in the Books section.

The book discusses a set of claims that have been advanced to argue that eating from the markets of the Muslims in reliance on the legal rule has its negative effect on a person.

The book takes up the discussion of those claims by presenting and refuting them, and the discussions required a juristic, usuli, doctrinal and ethical presentation of the issue, in view of the differences among the claims and the overlapping of the sciences.

The book then presents a sequential treatment for understanding Islamic legislation in the system of foods and their circulation in the Muslims' market, and in it makes clear that there is no negative effect on a person, especially on his faith and his belief.
