Question

Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings
Ablution (wuḍūʾ):
What is the ruling on drops of water falling from the head onto the hands after completing the ablution and before wiping over the hands and the head???

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful
Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings

It seems that the question may contain a confusion.. because the head is not washed, so how would drops of water fall from it.. Also, you spoke about wiping over the hands and the head, whereas wiping is over the feet and the head..

But in general, if drops fell, for example from the face, onto the palms before one wipes the feet and the head with them, there is no objection if the water is little, such that the wiping is not considered to be with that dripped water.
