The Menstrual Cycle, a Woman's Discharge, and Repentance

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful
And upon you be peace, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings

1/ The blood that a girl sees at the very time of menstruation is menstrual blood, and dark red is the most prominent characteristic of menstrual blood.

2/ The sticky fluid that comes out of a girl has numerous causes, and whatever the cause, it is pure and nothing is obligatory on account of it, except for one cause: if the discharges came out due to sexual desire and were followed by a climax and a languor in the body, as an expression of sexual satisfaction from whatever cause, then this requires the obligatory ghusl. Other than that, it is not obligatory.

3/ The ghusl begins with the intention of ghusl (I perform the ghusl of menstruation, seeking nearness to Allah the Exalted), or any meaning that conveys that.. Then she washes the head and neck, after that the right side, then the left side, and the ghusl ends here.
Some jurists say that it suffices to wash the head first and then wash the entire body completely without order, and order is better.
If a girl performed an incorrect ghusl, such as forgetting to wash the head or not washing a part of the body, she must repeat it and repeat the prayers she prayed with that ghusl.
As for an error in the wording of the intention, if she intended the ghusl for menstruation, that suffices.

4/ Regarding the girl who committed the crime of fornication: you should give her advice to repent sincerely to Allah the Exalted and to seek forgiveness constantly, and Allah accepts repentance, if Allah wills. One should benefit from this lesson so that neither she nor anyone else falls into another error, and it is better that she also perform righteous and good deeds.

The Exalted said: “Indeed I forgive those who repent, become faithful, act righteously, and follow guidance.” (Qurʾan 20:82)
