Paying Khums on Clothing, and the Order in Making Up Missed Prayers

Question

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful
Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings
I would like to ask about some issues
1- Is khums obligatory on clothes merely upon a year passing over them, even if they had been used before and then were no longer needed? Or is khums not obligatory, as with gold that one no longer needs in old age?

2- Regarding making up (qaḍāʾ) prayers: order is not obligatory in it if the prayers are not ones with a set order, whereas for prayers with a set order, order between them is obligatory, such as the Zuhr and ʿAsr prayers.
What is the ruling if one owes the make-up of prayers with a set order, such as Zuhr and ʿAsr, and performed the make-up of ʿAsr before Zuhr? And what is the ruling also if one forgot and performed ʿAsr first?

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful
And upon you be peace, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings
1/ If a year passes over the clothes without their being used, they are surplus and khums is obligatory on them; and gold that has been abandoned or is no longer needed is covered by khums, for it is surplus.

2/ The jurists do not permit performing the ʿAsr prayer before Zuhr in particular, so order between them is obligatory. If one prayed ʿAsr and then prayed Zuhr, one must pray ʿAsr after it, and does not repeat both of them.
